1. remember/forget to do sth 記得/忘記做某事(沒有發(fā)生)

Please do remember to post a letter forme。務(wù)必記得幫我寄信。

remember/forget doing sth 記得/忘記做過某事

I remember telling you the news before。我記得曾經(jīng)告訴過你這個消息。

2. not...until (連詞)方才, 才

eg.You'd betterwait until tomorrow. (你最好等到明天)

neither...nor...既不...也不... either...or... 或者...或者...

eg.Neither Tom norhis brothers know how to spell the word "hundred".

Either you or she is right. (謂語動詞就近原則)

both...and... 兩者都...eg.Both Jim and I are in Grade One (主語看作復(fù)數(shù))

3．have＋賓語＋省略to的動詞不定式

I would have youbuy a new bike．

have＋賓語＋過去分詞

I’ll have my haircut tomorrow．

4.keep (on)doing sth 堅(jiān)持做某事(?？?

John always kept (on) asking questions。

keep sb doing sth 讓某人做某事(?？?

Don't keep me waiting。

keep sb from doing sth 阻止某人做某事(?？?

He keeps her from cutting the tree。

keep sb/sth +adj 使某人保持……的狀態(tài)

Washing your hands keeps you healthy。

5.learn to do sth 學(xué)做某事

Ilearn to play football.

learn sth from sb 向某人學(xué)習(xí)

I learn the spirit from him

6.like to do/doing sth 喜歡做某事

like sb to do sth 喜歡某人做某事

She likes swimming./She likes to swim this afternoon。

need to do sth/ need doing sth/need to be done 需要做某事

The garden needs to be watered. / The garden needs watering。

7. prefer to do sth rather than do sth 寧愿……而不愿……(?？?

I would prefer to spend the weekend at home rather than drive out。

prefer doing sth to doing sth 喜歡做……勝過做……

I prefer reading books to going shopping. 比起購物來，我更愛讀書。

preferto do sth 喜歡(愛)做某事

8.⑴ too…形容詞(副詞)+to…"太…而不能" "太…以致于不"

eg.The basket is too heavy for me to carry. 這籃子太重我拿不動。

⑵so...that 如此...以致于...
